The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have booked the room for my parents and didn't notice the payment wasn't sent through and the staff are very passionate to assist me. My parents are very happy for the stay.

Check in was fast and efficient. Good place to stay a night after an early morning flight into Singapore. Although the room is showing its age, it is clean and size is good. Sound proofing is not the best for light sleepers as you can hear other travellers walking by; even more so if they are loud.

當天到達新加坡機場已是凌晨，很困很累，所以就臨時選擇了機場內的酒店，省的這麼晚了讓孩子們再折騰，早餐還算豐富，下午退房時間也比其它酒店要晚，我們回國的前一天也選擇的這裏，也是為了第二天趕飛機方便，床睡起來還是比較舒服的，房間裏也很安靜。

Beautiful and spacious room. Location is pretty decent - attached to T3 which made our morning flight seamless, Jewel is also right next door (food and light shopping made easy), though getting into the city centre take a while with massive grab rates (as expected of Singapore). Service was a little slow, they also accidentally overridden some of our room keys which meant making a couple of unnecessary trips to/from room/lobby (it was a fair walk). In terms of cleanliness, I’ll give it a five star, but we did find a strand of hair in one of our unused towels. The room had all you need, especially room slippers which means a lot to us. Shower temperature was temperamental and unreliable - it went cold for half of my shower session which was unpleasant.

T3客運大樓出關後左轉一直走就到了酒店，真的很近。這次入住有兩個原因：1，航班到的比較晚，已經是晚上22:00多了，就不太想折騰去市區了。2，小朋友需要拍飛機。當日入住的是六樓，正對跑道的房間，就是樓層稍微低了一點，建議住九樓的話，視角會更好一點。總體來説挺滿意的
