Village Residence Hougang

I liked the stay in Hougang Residential Village.. You feel at home, all services are available and all the employees I give them a very excellent mark.. I was pleased with the staff’s welcome and continuous service. Thank you very much I hope to visit your village in the coming years.. It is the right place for me.

My family had a wonderful experiance at the Village Residence Hougang. I love everything about this residence, from the room type, housekeeping, customer services, swimming pool and other facilities that provided throughout our stayed. The housekeeping team especially our housekeeper Uma and Nirani are very nice and helpful. They always taking a very good care for our room and fast response to everything we need to make our stay comfortable. I am surely would recommend this place to others.

We returned to this place after 10+ years. We were given a lower level pool facing unit this round. However the sound barrier in the unit was very good, restful sleep. Service level has not dropped over the years. In fact it's even better. The service apartment has the best cleaning and maintenance crew. During my stay we had some light bulbs that blew. The maintenance crew attended to it immediately. The cleaning crew were lovely, efficient and very thoughtful. Ms Uma went out her way to find and place a shoe rack in our unit as we had multiple pairs of shoes and slippers. A few times we locked ourselves of the bedrooms. The crew Mr Meir & Ms Serene came by very quickly to unlock for us. Lovely time.

Good service; you can contact the service center 24 hours a day; the housekeeper cleans well; there is a swimming pool and a gym. Downstairs there is a Fair Price mall where you can buy a variety of things. It is located at the bus station, convenient for traveling.

We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment with my dog from July till end October as our place was going through renovation. The place was super convenient as there is a supermarket downstairs and many food options at Hougang 1 mall as well as the surrounding areas. The apartment was also well equipped with washing machine and dryer. Even the kitchen had all the equipment if you decide to cook on your own. Everyone working at Village Hougang was friendly, and they always greet you when they see you. Our allocated housekeeper is Christa and Surayah, and they always kept the place really clean. I was always greeted with a smile by the housekeeping team. They were also really sweet with my puppy. The management team was also super quick to address any questions we have when we call the office. They even gave us mooncakes, birthday cake and a small gift when we checked out the place. Oh, and they even gave my puppy her own little goody bag. They also organised special events frequently to interact with residents. The only complaint I have is that the Grab delivery riders or any other delivery drivers had a difficult time locating the place and that the security was a little too strict. Some Grab delivery riders could not enter the building as the guards do not open the gantry for them, which resulted in me going down sometimes to pick up my food deliveries. Although the place is not as new but the warm hospitality of the whole team at the premises made up for it.
