Services and facilities offered is good compared other same range of Hotel. Staff are responsible Room is small Some facilities not working for us proerly But they immediately fixed whenever issue raised Cleanliness is good

Stayed here for two nights, hotel is perfectly located for the MRT at lavender 200meters away, good range of food outlets hawkers food, McDonald s, same location. Pool is fantastic, we had great views, room was small but more than comfortable for 3 people,

Hotel lobby not clean,that security never stand outside welcome guest come also never help guest take luggage same more never see all driver packing car very dangerous 😑😑

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location very good at Lavender, just 3 minutes walk to the MTR. Bus stop just right downstairs, convenience to go everywhere. The room little smell but nice view. Overall is nice. Used to stay at Boss Hotel when I go Singapore

Love the location of the hotel, which was just one stop away from kallang, ie National Stadium, which meant lotsa #Swifties were staying at the hotel over the weekend when i was staying. It is just 200m away from Lavender MRT and is within walking distance of ICA, Kampong Gelam, and the famous Hill Street Tai Wah Bak Chor Mee, so dining options are fantactic. The pool was also large and nice, with water and ice facilities available too. Especially love how friendly and helpful the front desk staff were, like Hidayah, who gave useful information and even allowed an early and late check-out, without making things difficult. Also love that the staff had some local senior citizens as workers Wifi was very strong and atble, so i could #wfhotel without any issue at all. Some drawbacks: - staff do not check on the pool, so there was one family of around 6 people (2 grandma, grandpa, 2 parents, 2 kids) who were all wearing their normal homeclothes of t-shirts and shorts, sari tops and pant, playing in the pool, siting by the edge of the pool to soak their legs and feet in the pool. Bit unhygienic and inconsiderate i felt, to us swimmers, who were trying to get some laps in - the room floor was a bit of a sticky feel to it, and i did not check the drawers for the pairs of sandals available until it was check-out time, so it was unpleasant walking about

The hotel's location is good. Right next to a bus stop. In the lobby there were a lot of shops and convenience store to buy stuff. Staffs seem nice enough. There is one thing i dont like is our room is super super small with no window.

Good location, friendly staff, room is considerably big and bathroom is big.
