We booked the hotel room to watch the National Day Parade as a family, but our experience was hampered by the frequent loss in connection of the television signal, which made the images on the television pixelated and stuck when we were watching the NDP. This became really frustrating as it happened ＞ 10 times throughout the whole evening, and continued to occur even after a technician came to the room to attempt to fix it.
While the room was clean with basic facilities, the walls were not sound proof and we could hear noises from other rooms throughout the night. At one point in the night, it seems that the shower in our toilet was also leaking slightly when the guest in the floor above us was showering, hence disrupting our rest.
Overall, we appreciated the breakfast, cleanliness and convenience of the hotel, but were left very disappointed by the quality of the facilities. We would appreciate it if there is something that could be done about this experience, thank you.
