In line with our sustainability practices, complimentary bottled water is not provided in the room. The machine provided in the room is a filtered drinking-water dispenser, rather than a coffee machine or kettle, and drinking water can be dispensed directly from it. Water dispensers are also available at designated areas within the hotel.We regret that this arrangement was not explained to you clearly upon arrival and understand how this could have been frustrating, particularly when you only noticed another dispenser while leaving. We will share your feedback with our team so that the information can be communicated more effectively to guests.We also take note of your comments regarding the cleanliness of the water dispenser and the room lighting/soundproofing experience. The room originally booked was a smaller room category.
