Terrible! The worst stay I’ve had to date. Don’t trust the reviews.
Decided to book this place as it’s one of the more affordable and well rated stays (according to Trip) nearby Sentosa, but we would’ve never expected our stay to be filled with uncleaned rooms, hair & stains on beds & towels, previous customers’ travel map on the table, half empty bottle, unflushed toilet, used soap in the bathroom, and uncleaned kettle.
We had to change rooms twice due to the above and settled for the third room, even though it had flies in the room. The bed was too soft too, like it had broke in the middle.
We were too tired (we checked in around 10/11pm) and it wasn’t a choice for us to just change hotels due to budget constraints.
DO NOT book unless you don’t mind the above. Also, our room stated it had windows that couldn’t be opened, but we didn’t even have a window in the room - there was one in the toilet but it was dark, most likely a stairwell.
Trip, when we called you about this, we couldn’t get a fair compensation - yes we still stayed the night, but if we could, we wouldn’t have of course. There should’ve been checks done on stays listed to ensure what they have mentioned in the details of the room are true, and guests should be able to be compensated fairly when these unfortunate cases arises due to false information regarding rooms.
