After booking the hotel, I saw a lot of negative reviews on a certain app, which made me quite worried about my trip. After a family experience, here are my thoughts: 1. **Check-in**: We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. I didn't see any bellboys (there were steps but no ramp, which is not luggage-friendly). There were a few customers at the front desk checking in. I waited for two people before it was my turn. On that day, I didn't see any Chinese-speaking staff, but English was fine. I checked in first, there was no deposit, and I left my luggage for storage (when we came back, the luggage was already in the room). There was an island entry QR code on the front desk (be sure to take a picture). The person who assisted me was an Indian girl, beautiful and with a good attitude. 2. **Room (Family Room)**: When we entered the room, the sofa bed was already made, and amenities were laid out, but the duvet cover was casually left behind the door and not taken away. The glass mineral water in the refrigerator was not checked during cleaning; there was a half-used bottle from the previous guest that hadn't been replaced. I called the front desk to ask someone to change the water (it took quite a while). The room came with complimentary coconut water and snacks, a double vanity, and the amenities were quite complete. We found the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly that day. I informed a staff member, who noted it down but didn't resolve it. The next day, I contacted the front desk staff, and it was eventually fixed. On the third day, after the room was cleaned, no drinking water was left, so I called the front desk again. Overall, the front desk's attitude and speed in handling issues were good, though some individual cleaning staff might not be meticulous enough. 3. **Other**: The pool isn't big and not crowded. You can get towels at the front desk. Breakfast is à la carte; they'll provide you with a Chinese and English menu based on your nationality. There's a wide variety of sets, and one portion is more than enough for one person (each set also comes with two eggs beforehand). (Don't choose the Chinese style, it's not very good.) The staff service attitude is good. My child didn't go the last few days, and they could pack the breakfast for us to take back. In the evenings, they would proactively greet us, and if you need ice, just ask the front desk! We stayed for three nights in total, and check-out was very quick. They also helped load our luggage into the taxi. A beautiful Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk was particularly helpful. The hotel's location is excellent; right opposite is the mini train station, and it's only about a five-minute walk to Universal Studios. Next to the mini train station, there's a Starbucks, KFC, and 7-Eleven, all very convenient.

The zink faucet is clogged, and the water will not go down for an hour. We are dissapointed during our stay in Oasia Sentosa. The room number is 51

The hotel's biggest advantage is its location right next to the Imbiah Station on the Sentosa Express. It's just one stop to Beach Station, two stops to Vivo City, and Universal Studios is within walking distance. However, the hotel's steps are a bit inconvenient; if you have a large suitcase, you'll need a bellboy to help carry it. The room facilities are a bit dated, but still clean. The main building, a former barracks, has a beautiful exterior, though the interior corridors are a bit narrow. The swimming pool is small but great for families with kids.

Once you arrive at the hotel , you need to carry your luggage up on the stairs in order to get to the reception, especially at night there is nobody to help , same thing when you leave the hotel , there is 1 very skinny guy , he cannot actually lift pretty much anything more then a 1-2 kg bag , there is no room service at night , no coffee shop in the morning in order to have a good coffee, you need to out from the hotel , the air conditioning ventilator looks like he never been cleaned since they build the hotel , room is actually small , the shower you have to use it on the low pressure as the water is not draining much, and it will fload the entire toilet otherwise , probably never been cleaned, so bottom line , unless you go to universal studio , and you stay for 1-2 nights maximum and the hotel is selling on promo below 150$ a night then is ok , but otherwise find yourself a different hotel is not worth it.

Booked this as their suite was going for an affordable price and we needed a separate space for our 10 month old. Requested ahead of time for a cot and got it. Check in was smooth and service was excellent. Location was just beside train station hence very convenient. Room itself can be improved. There were many areas of wear and tear. The bifold doors leading to the bed area cannot be closed. There were also some dusty areas example above headboard and bed side table. The double sinks were also of poor design as water tends to drip to the sink counter. We probably did not get a well maintained room but would prefer to try other hotels in future.

It is a convenient location, as it is close to Imbiah Station. However, the in-room facilities are disappointing — the USB ports are out of order, the water flow is slow, there is no rainforest-style shower, and the shower holder cannot be adjusted. The level of maintenance is not acceptable. Lastly, the smell of the air freshener is so strong that it makes my wife feel uncomfortable.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the Sentosa World Resorts monorail station. It's super convenient to walk to Universal Studios and the S.E.A. Aquarium, and after watching the fireworks show at night, you can just stroll back to the hotel. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, and it's a shame that breakfast isn't included, especially considering the price. However, the good thing is that since the hotel is on Sentosa Island, you can easily spend two days enjoying all the entertainment options. It's a good choice for family trips.

Excellent service, they even brought our luggage directly to the room. The facilities are new, and the stay was very comfortable. I'd come again if I have the chance!
