stayed at Orchard Point Serviced Apartments and overall had a good experience. The biggest advantage is definitely the location — right on Orchard Road, super convenient for shopping, food, and transport. You basically walk downstairs and everything you need is already there.

Service response is good!! Maintenance Teams are good and repair service is timely. Cleaning service is also good. Just that from common room can hear the sounds from night club.

bathroom shower water pressure not enough, since it is a serviced apartment they are using water heater. When bathing hot water need to wait a while. No rice cooker, plates not enough for cooking but the room was big since i booked 3 bedrooms type
