This hotel dates back to 1963. The rooms are incredibly small and the facilities are very old and outdated, definitely not worth the price. Hotels like M Hotel and V Hotel are much better options. I made a special request when booking, asking not to be given the last room or one next to the elevator, but it was like they didn't even read it. The room they gave me had both issues. I definitely won't be coming back. It was a really bad experience.

The location was absolutely excellent. As soon as you step outside, you’re right by the metro. The metro goes directly to all the main sightseeing spots without needing to change lines, and it also goes straight to the airport. Walking around the area is interesting as well, with all the attractions close by. The location is truly perfect.

Recommend for families traveling, which is very near to Bencoolen MRT station, and also others city spot for sightseeing such as Chinatown, bugis food Market etc.. very convenient to visit Bayfront, Promenade and Raffles City.. about this hotel, although we just stay 2 nights, but our experience feels like already a week.. full variety of breakfast and accommodate for vegetarian..

The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the subway entrance. It's only two stops to the main attractions, so it offers great value for money. They also provide breakfast. A special shout-out to the young man and woman with glasses at the front desk – they were absolutely lovely and exceptionally friendly towards Chinese guests 👫. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
