Review in Dec 2024:
Had one night stay.
The concierge or the receptionist was helpful and responsive during the check in process.
The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable.
Would definitely to stay again next year. $145/night was a good deal for hotel around this area.
Remind yourself not to bring more than 2 large suitcases if you stay in this hotel. The room size is just about 14m2 only.

I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, which is always a top priority for me. However, the shower head was slightly damaged. I hope this gets fixed soon because otherwise, everything else was great. Despite this minor issue, I’d consider staying here again for the comfort and location.

Located at a prime location that near to malls and public transport. Comfy bed, child friendly, great shower room that ready with all amenities. Highly recommended to those that needed a best value hotel.

The bed is perfect for resting after a whole day tour at the city. You won't need to being toiletries for the hotel has all including lotion.
The location is very near Orchard MRT station that easily connects you to TEL (brown line) and NSL(red line).

The best hotel so far with my 3 nights stay, was felt safe and comfortable. Couldnt complaint all was good. From check-in to check out. The bfast food is also good. Will definitely go back again and refer to my family and friend.

So far so good, only set back is the room do not have a proper table for you to work with laptop. You either put it on the bed or a small table which not enough space. Maybe this hotel suitable for vacation stay not so much for business trip.
Location of this hotel is not bad, hidden at the corner behind Shaw place.
