Location wise - Despite the opening of the new MRT Thomson line, it's in fact a long way to walk between the MRT station and the Copthorne King's Hotel, and our experience was extremely and terribly bad since we needed to walk without any covered/sheltered pathway/underpass/buildings around under the sudden pour of rain during the few days of our stay, and we were all completely drenched.
The hotel facilities are all too worn-out : the slippery bathtub, poor lighting, 'wire-exposed' hair dryer, the 'can't be opened' door to the balcony, the so-called 'Genie voice' smart device, etc. all did not function properly. Obviously, the hotel does not have any maintenance. Unfortunately, it does not live up to its brandname and to our expectations. Really scared us off and will definitely not choose this hotel again on our next visit.
