If you're looking to pay a five-star hotel price for three-star service and two-star hygiene, then this is the hotel for you. The duvet cover had yellow stains on all four corners, and almost every towel had various stains of different sizes and depths. The tables, the tray for water glasses, and other prominent surfaces were all covered in dust – true 'hygiene black spots.' We stayed for two consecutive days and requested a room cleaning in between. However, apart from the trash being removed and the bed and towels being tidied up, none of the aforementioned issues improved. We have good reason to suspect that the towels and bedding were not changed, or perhaps their 'cleaned' items look like this already? Additionally, our room wasn't ready upon arrival, so we had to temporarily store our luggage in the baggage room. But when we asked the front desk if our luggage could be sent directly to the room once it was ready, we were told we'd still have to go back to the baggage room ourselves to retrieve and transport it.

They gave my child a little otter toy, and the overall experience was great. The breakfast was delicious. On Christmas Eve, Santa even showed up and handed out candies to the kids, which made them incredibly happy. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the sofa could even be converted into a bed specifically for the child. It was convenient for getting everywhere, and the staff were very thoughtful.

1. There's basically no service to speak of. The bellhop won't help with luggage. I requested an extra comforter and found yellow stains.
