We would like to give a positive hotel review for Paradox Merchant Court Singapore, specifically highlighting the exceptional customer service from Aden at the front office, other staff at front office and concierge. From the moment we arrived at the Paradox Merchant Court Singapore, our stay was defined by an exceptional level of service, thanks primarily to Aden at the front office. His warm and genuine welcome was a breath of fresh air after a long journey. He handled our check-in with remarkable efficiency, all while engaging in friendly conversation that made us feel instantly valued. Aden’s professionalism was truly standout. He patiently answered all our questions about dining and hotel facilities. Indeed, he was offering insightful recommendations that greatly enhanced our trip. Aden is a tremendous asset to the Paradox team. His superior customer service transformed a simple hotel stay into a memorable and personalised experience. Meanwhile, the other hotel front office staff like Ani and Concierge staff were all very friendly. The front office staff were exceptional—warm, professional, and always ready to help. We were greeted with genuine smiles and efficient service. The way of handling our requests quickly made us feel truly welcomed. Their attention to detail and positive attitudes set the tone for a great experience. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and we will certainly be returning, hoping to have the pleasure of being greeted by their impeccable hospitality once again.

Another wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel! I finally had the chance to fully enjoy their excellent Technogym-equipped fitness center due to the rainy weather. It's spacious and well-organized, with a great selection of equipment: treadmills, pin-loaded machines, a full free weights area, and a dedicated upper floor for bikes and ellipticals. It was a perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon. As always, the breakfast was exceptional—a consistently great way to start the day. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough for return visits.

Service was good. Esp when we ordered room service quite late. But all the food was served within 20 mins. That's excellent. Room was clean.

This was our second visit to Paradox since our first stay last year, which left a very positive impression. As before, we booked the Executive King Room with club benefits. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the team and attended to by Gio, who displayed great hospitality and patiently went through the club benefits with us. We noticed a few changes — the afternoon tea and evening cocktails now have extended timings, and are held at Crossroads Bar instead of the executive lounge. The room was clean and decently sized, with a working desk and a separate foyer area, which I appreciated. However, it was disappointing that the TV did not have a Chromecast feature. Soundproofing could also be improved, as noise from children running and shouting along the corridor could be heard, as well as some loud music from Clarke Quay, given its vibrant nightlife scene. Afternoon tea is served from 12pm to 4pm, offering a good selection of savoury snacks and bite-sized pastries, along with free-flow TWG tea. Evening cocktails run from 5pm to 8pm, with canapés, spirits, and wines set up at a corner of the bar. We especially appreciated the availability of draught beer (Heineken and Tiger) instead of bottled options, as well as Prosecco on request — all part of the club benefits. The food tasted good and offered decent variety. At both the afternoon tea and evening cocktails, we were warmly served by Robert and the manager (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name), who were attentive and quick to top up our drinks. Breakfast, served from 6:30am to 10:30am at Ellenborough Market Café, offered a wide variety of food and live stations. However, it was rather crowded around 8am, and we would have preferred if breakfast could be served in a club lounge for more exclusivity. Overall, we had another great experience at Paradox and truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the crew. We’ll definitely be returning again.
