Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

The Four Seasons Hotel was the most satisfying hotel of my trip. The location is super convenient, right on Orchard Road, making it easy to get anywhere. The soundproofing is excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive, with a gym, tennis courts, and pickleball available. The rooms are also very well-maintained, and most importantly, the restaurant serves delicious food! 😋

I stayed for three days and it was absolutely fantastic, truly a home away from home. I slept incredibly well; the bedding and pillows were super comfortable. The front desk had a sweet young lady who spoke Chinese and was incredibly helpful and warm. The housekeeping staff, who cleaned our room daily, must be very caring – they neatly arranged the kids' small toys and even lined up our shoes from smallest to largest. All the staff were wonderful! I'll definitely stay at the Four Seasons again next time. It's a shame I didn't take any photos~

Maybe it's the Four Seasons' floor? The bathroom lighting is poorly designed; the areas that need light aren't illuminated. The hairdryer is old and bad. The bathroom's exhaust fan is old and poor. There's no light at the vanity. This really grinds my gears! Even though the occupancy rate was low, they refused to upgrade my room. The bed was okay, the only good thing.

Four Seasons remains Four Seasons, and after looking around, only Four Seasons offers these double king beds, which perfectly meet our family's needs.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from Orchard Road MRT station and shopping malls, yet it feels quiet and secluded. While the room facilities aren't brand new, they are well-maintained, and both the air conditioning and bedding are very comfortable. The service was great; they even sent a small cake for my birthday month. It definitely gave off a lovely vacation vibe.

We stayed here to celebrate my son's birthday. Before our stay, they asked about the purpose of our visit, and when I mentioned it was for my son's birthday, they prepared a wonderful surprise decoration in the room. Furthermore, when I told them my son loves balloons, they even delivered adorable balloons, which made us incredibly happy. All the staff treated our family warmly throughout our stay, and we truly had a wonderful time. We would definitely love to stay at the Four Seasons again.

Singapore trip – Four Seasons Hotel, absolutely delightful! The location is fantastic, right on Orchard Road, behind Hermès, and close to many popular attractions. As soon as we arrived in the lobby, a friendly doorman was there to help with our luggage. The front desk had a lovely lady, Ms. Pan, who spoke Chinese and provided exceptional service! She was so patient and kind, making us feel like we were coming home after a long journey. The cleanliness was truly impeccable, and the turndown service was very timely. Every evening after dinner, we'd return to a spotless room with slippers and water neatly arranged. Many say the hotel is a bit old, but I personally don't think so; it's incredibly well-maintained! Definitely has that classic old-money vibe. I would absolutely choose to stay here again; it left me with so many wonderful memories!

Just a tip, Exit 11 from the subway is the closest and most convenient way to get to the hotel. 😊 The high-floor rooms offer great views. It's super convenient to get to Universal Studios, and I'd recommend visiting the Botanical Garden, which isn't far from the hotel.

Facilities: The floor drain was a bit clogged, but it was quickly fixed. The lighting was a little dim. Hygiene: Very clean, with housekeeping twice a day without disturbing guests at all. Environment: The view was fantastic, but the unheated pool was a bit cold. Service: Thoughtful, attentive, and enthusiastic.
