Check in kiosk couldn’t find my booking when I entered the correct booking ID, and there isn’t any staff that I can look for. There were only two front desk staff.
Requested for kind size bed but when we entered the room, it was two single bed, called the front office 3 times and nobody picked up. 4th time a female staff picked up and told me she couldn’t hear me when I was literally speaking into the phone. After that I called back, no one picked up and I called again twice.
Told the staff what happened and she said the system didn’t indicate that I requested for a king size bed which I clearly did as shown in the picture. She even ask me to go down to the front desk and ask if I am able to change room. Her tone was very unwilling and sound so unbothered.
Bathroom was quite dirty (Bathtub + curtain), only had one bath robe in the room when there is two guests inside. We then requested for a razor, which took 45 mins to arrive ?
During check out, we tried scanning the QR code at the box and it leads us to the website for check out, but it says error 404, I tried twice and still failed. It was so frustrating!
We didn’t enjoy our staycation and were very disappointed with this hotel. Would prefer Furama City Centre hotel next time.
