We have had a rooftop room with two kids. We felt like we were back in time when Chinatown was very popular with their room with no windows. The hotel is quite old but tidy. The staff were friendly, we could check in earlier though by hotel information they said we must check in after 3:00 local time. The location was really convenient, nearby supermarkets and a lot of options for different kinds of food. Overall we were happy 😊

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for food and shopping. Very good air con in room. The only thing I wasn’t too happy with was the cleanliness of the rooms.

Good Location, But Cleanliness Could Be Better The location is very convenient—easy to get around and surrounded by great local food. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement. With a bit more attention to detail, this place could be excellent.

Place is nice but there is a bleach smell that is very strong and got into our eyes.

The aircon vents and all vents are super dusty Hotel just repainted only, so there is a stench Not sure whether housekeeping changed the bedsheets, felt so itchy.

The location is excellent. Easy access to Food, transportation and shopping. If not fuss about the space of the room. It will be comfortable. Regarding cleanliness, is a hit and miss, depending on who is on duty. We stay on two separate occasions. First time, the cleaner was excellent, always leave the room smelling nice, whilst on the second time, a couple days the room smells as though someone has been smoking in our room.

The location was excellent super accessible to MRT plus a Mall just across the road. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. My only complaint is that the room has microwave, but the rest of the amenities are good.
