Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore

This hotel has very spacious rooms for Singapore, and they're very well-maintained. The sea view from the room is absolutely beautiful! The breakfast spread is also excellent. The shuttle bus service to and from Sentosa is very convenient!

The room is still small and quite old, but the facilities are well-equipped, making it very suitable for family trips. We had to wait half an hour to check in, and because there were so many guests, the service was just so-so. There were no decorations for my child's birthday in the room either. However, compared to three years ago, the Chinese-speaking service has improved a lot (except for the front desk).

Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. They have ping-pong, billiards, and a pool with waterslides that gives off a real holiday vibe. The breakfast offers a multicultural spread, though the taste is just average. A special shout-out to Linggo at the front desk; she was incredibly warm and attentive. She helped us get both our rooms on the same floor and even gave us detailed directions and transportation advice.

Let's get straight to the point: overall, it's pretty average, typical of an older 4-star hotel in China. I wouldn't recommend staying here! Facilities: The hotel is quite old, but generally well-maintained. Hygiene: If you're not too picky, it might be acceptable. Environment: The hotel's front desk is tiny, lacking any grand feel. If you're looking for a sea view, go to Sanya; this place doesn't even compare! Service: This was the absolute worst aspect, even worse than a domestic Hanting hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, it was just miserable. Paying over 20,000 RMB for a room and still having to put up with their attitude. Without Chinese customers, you wouldn't even be able to eat!!!

We booked a sea-view room, and the scenery was lovely. The facilities are a bit old, but they are well-maintained. They have a water slide and a children's pool, which the kids loved. You can also rent sand-digging tools and boats by the beach. However, check-in took quite a while, and it took ages for anyone to answer the room phone, so the service efficiency was a bit low. The breakfast was also a bit underwhelming compared to other hotels we've stayed at.
