Housed in a century-old historic building, this hotel boasts a prime downtown location and an air of old-money elegance. The rooms are grand and comfortable, and the service is exceptionally high-quality. Breakfast is quite good; while the variety might not be as extensive as some five-star hotels back home, the quality of everything is superb. The freshly made laksa noodles and omelets were excellent, and the juices were freshly squeezed. In the room, they provided a complimentary folding fan and tickets to the Asian Civilisations Museum and the Peranakan Museum. If you have time, both museums are well worth a visit. I didn't know about the complimentary tickets beforehand and had already bought my own ticket to the Asian Civilisations Museum. The outdoor pool on the second floor offers fantastic views; even if you don't swim, I recommend going in the evening to enjoy the scenery and take some photos.

This is a hotel that makes you remember and want to return to.
Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at The Fullerton Hotel. Was there for Christmas and the decorations and atmosphere were beautiful. The heritage building was also a delight to wander around in.
The front desk team was friendly, professional and efficient.
The breakfast spread was varied and of high quality and the breakfast team were so warm and friendly it made every morning a delight.
The rooms were very well appointed with a very spacious bathroom. The beds and bedding were comfortable.
Location is also perfect for Singapore being on the doorstep of the Merlion and a short walk to MBS. Grab was easy to get to other attractions like Chinatown and Little India.
Looking forward to coming back to this hotel next time we are in Singapore. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

Honestly cant fault it. A grand old building and stunning hotel. Possibly the best breakfast spread I have every had! You get access to faculties at the Fullerton Bay as well, so even more of a plus!

Let me first explain why I gave the service a 0.5 rating. On our second day, my family and I (including seniors and children) were waiting for a taxi at the hotel's taxi stand. After a short while, two Caucasians also came to hail a taxi. A few minutes later, a cab arrived. Just as we were about to walk over to get in, a tall, slender Indian concierge at the entrance, all smiles and bowing, arranged for the two Caucasians to get into the car first. I wanted to confront him, but my family advised against making a scene during the New Year while abroad. So, we had to let it go and wait for the next taxi.
