非常滿意的一次體驗。
1、房間非常大，雙床也非常寬，住得很舒服。
2、房間裏有自助飲水機，既環保又可以充足的供給飲用水，簡直太棒啦。
3、空調風口沒有對着床，既能保證涼爽，又不吹頭。
4、毛巾非常吸水，而且不是很厚，非常喜歡。
5、洗漱用品全部使用的lelabo這個我最喜歡的牌子，低調又高級。
希望改進的：
1、吹風機的插座我找了很久，才發現是在門後面的位置。
2、淋浴間沒有門，雖然下水非常的通暢，但是總感覺少了什麼。

5 star brand but 3 star service.
I booked for a Signature Salon King Suite (South tower) but hotel gave me a Signature King Suite (North tower) with unconvincing explanations that they have already set up the amenities in that room and that there are renovation noise in South tower.
I found this is not true after checking in.
Totally under-staffed at level 2 Asian Marker Cafe during breakfast hour.
Asked for a cappuccino from a staff in suit (probably the shift manager) that never came.

The hotel was great, lovely location in a convenient area so it's easy to get around. Staff offered us early check-in in due to our early flight, all staff were professional and courteous. There was a slight problem about being charged twice for the room and I'm still waiting on a refund, I felt this situation wasn't handled very well since the outcome was I was left out of pocket.
