This hotel is perfect for families on a budget. It's conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of food options near the subway, including Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Old Chang Kee, as well as a supermarket, all within a 10-minute walk. It's a good value for the price. There are also bus stops nearby, some just a minute's walk away, which is great for transportation. Given Singapore's prices, this place is quite reasonable. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and what I believe is the hotel's restaurant. As a chain hotel, the facilities are decent and acceptable. The service is also good, and they can communicate in Chinese. Oh, and you don't need to worry about adapters; standard domestic plugs work fine.

I stayed for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, featuring a remarkably comfortable king-sized bed and a dedicated workspace. The city view from the large windows was a highlight. While the bathroom was spotless and stocked with premium toiletries, the water pressure in the shower was a bit inconsistent. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night despite the central location. Service was polished and attentive throughout. A solid 4-star choice that balances luxury and value—I would definitely return for business or leisure.

Hotels in Singapore are really expensive. This room was old and small, but still manageable for a short stay. The only major issue was the terrible soundproofing; you could hear every little sound from people walking by outside.

The room was excellent, my friend and I were both very satisfied. This trip to Singapore was great, with good service and easy communication. Very pleased, the room was exquisite, and all amenities and facilities were well-equipped. There's a vending machine downstairs, and it's not too far from the MRT station. It was a wonderful experience.

It's on the edge of a shopping mall in the neighborhood of Singapore. Very convenient. For breakfast, go downstairs to the dining pavilion next door. The room is large in size and the design is outdated. The pool is great!

I had a very pleasant stay at this co-living apartment. I was especially impressed with the well-designed bedroom, which was both functional and clean. The communal kitchen is well-equipped, with ample dining space and a large refrigerator. The staff were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The on-site gym is also very impressive and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with Nex MRT within walking distance, as well as plenty of good dining options along Serangoon Road. There is no shortage of dining choices in the surrounding area. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

We stay in the sky suite during the warm June period while doing house renovation.The room aircon helps a lot Room cleaning was done on every fourth day . Got a nice window view of sunset and Bukit Timah hill.

QT Singapore is by far one of my favorite hotels. Its location is simply unbeatable—right next to a fantastic hawker centre where you can enjoy some of the best local street food. It’s also within easy walking distance of Marina Bay and Chinatown, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms are beautifully designed, modern, and impeccably clean. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, creating a stylish yet comfortable atmosphere. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the exceptional staff. Everyone is incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making every stay feel effortless and welcoming. I’ve stayed at QT Singapore twice already, and each visit has been just as wonderful as the last. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

Had a really great stay here. The hotel is located in the CBD, a typical business hotel, with an excellent location. It's only a 10-minute walk to the MRT station, making it very convenient to get to Gardens by the Bay and Merlion Park. The best part is its proximity to Lau Pa Sat, just a 10-minute walk away, so you can enjoy all your meals there! The hotel's infinity pool is also fantastic, offering a partial view of the Strait of Malacca. The only downside was the somewhat limited breakfast selection, but they kindly offered a complimentary breakfast for my child who is under 12.

My stay at Ascott Raffles Place Singapore was an overall excellent experience and I'd highly recommend it! First off, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of Singapore's financial district. It's just a few minutes' walk to the MRT station, making it super convenient to get to Merlion Park, Marina Bay, and Clarke Quay. Since we were only staying for one day, we had all our meals at the Lau Pa Sat hawker centre, which is just behind the hotel. It's perfect for both business travelers and tourists. The room was spacious and comfortable, with full amenities including a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer – just like being at home. The bed was soft and comfy, and the room was impeccably clean and tidy. The only minor downside was that there were no USB charging ports in the room, only three-pin power sockets. Overall, from the accommodation environment, facilities, and location to the quality of service, everything exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful stay, and next time I'm in Singapore, I will definitely choose Ascott Raffles Place Singapore again and recommend it to my friends and family!
