PARKROYAL Hotels & Resort Properties in Singapore

Dear Management, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding several serious incidents that occurred during my stay at your hotel from December 11 to December 13, 2025. These experiences caused me significant distress and made my stay extremely uncomfortable. During my stay, I attempted to dine at the three restaurants located within the hotel. However, all of them were filled with outside customers who were not staying at the hotel, and I was repeatedly denied service despite being a paying hotel guest. It is unacceptable that hotel guests are not prioritized or even accommodated while outside customers are being served. As a result, I was extremely hungry and had no choice but to order McDonald’s, as I was unable to access food within the hotel. This situation was both frustrating and unacceptable. In addition, when I attempted to order a drink downstairs, the waiter treated me disrespectfully, gave me unfriendly looks, and ignored my request. My order was never delivered. Furthermore, I was denied entry to the two restaurants located downstairs, while other guests were allowed to enter freely. This treatment felt discriminatory and deeply unfair.

😁 We really hit the jackpot with this hotel for our Singapore trip! The room was huge and super clean, and the front desk staff could speak Chinese, so communication was a breeze. Even better, they gave us a free room upgrade directly, which made us so happy!~ The location is absolutely amazing too!! We were there for a concert, and it only took five minutes to walk from the hotel to Nicoll Highway MRT station. From there, it was just one stop to the Indoor Stadium. No need to rush at all, so convenient! 🥰 It happened to be Singapore's rainy season when we visited, so we ended up having dinner at the hotel restaurant. I thought we'd just grab a quick bite, but both the restaurant's decor and the food's taste completely blew me away 😋 It was even better than some of the trendy influencer spots I'd planned to visit!!! ❤️ Next time I come to Singapore, this hotel will definitely be my first choice. This trip was truly wonderful!!!!!

I had a fantastic one-night stay at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore. The hotel's design is truly unique, showcasing a brilliant concept of integrating architecture with nature. The entire building is enveloped in lush greenery, creating a 'sky garden' amidst the city. The scenic garden and infinity pool offer breathtaking panoramic views of Singapore's skyline, which are especially captivating at night. I highly recommend it to travelers who appreciate design and a seamless blend with nature! The hotel staff were consistently warm and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. Their attentive and thoughtful service made me feel incredibly valued. I particularly loved the room's eco-friendly, minimalist style – it was clean, comfortable, and subtly conveyed a green living philosophy, making for a truly relaxing and reassuring stay.

The location of this hotel is close to bugis and sunny, and shopping is very convenient! Around Singapore there are breakfasts such as Zhen Prawn Noodle and Ya Kun Breakfast. The Great Mosque is just across the road. There is a bus platform in front of the hotel, and a few hundred meters east to west can reach the subway station. The hotel service is very attentive, because it is a serviced apartment, the room is large, two rooms and one living room, but the waiter cleans the room every day. The room was well-equipped, and my wife was particularly satisfied with the washer and dryer, so I didn't worry about running out of clothes. We often go to Singapore and stay here next time!
