The first impression was not a good one: Just when we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by tattered flags at the entrance, fallen plaster, the second letter e of "Wellness" fallen, all the building's rain gutters were full of huge weeds, a sign that no cleaning had been made for a while. 3 and 4 star rooms, but with 2 star services and unjustifiably high rates! We do not recommend this hotel! We initially stayed in a 3 star room. Here we found spider webs in both the room and the bathroom, and the toilet was filthy (even though it had a tape attached that it had been disinfected, when we lifted the lid, we were treated to a floating, brown "sight"). The TV in the room was so old that the remote control buttons were completely removed and the picture totally blurred on all channels, despite all attempts to fix it. Under these conditions, we decided to leave, but were offered the option of upgrading to 4 stars. Here the conditions were much better. However, even here we were not spared from unpleasant surprises: the mini-balcony tumble dryer was torn out of the wall at one end, the wall was cracked, the insect net in the room had a broken top hinge, and there were spiders on the walls. As for the spa inside, there is a lot to say: From the poor cleanliness, the lack of tiles on the wet sauna bench, to the dangerously slippery floor, as water was rarely removed from the floor. The massage staff is arrogant and rude, as the rates are very high (75 RON for 25 min. of partial massage). The outdoor pool area is very large and well equipped with showers, toilets, changing rooms, sun loungers, terraces. The most pleasant surprise remains the restaurant (which by menu and service staff, is really up to 4-star standards), as well as the reception staff, friendly and helpful.
