Enjoyed my stay here very much. From the beautiful view of the city to the short distance walk to the centre, would definitely consider coming back. My only dislike was the lack of wardrobe in the room. I found myself looking around for one but there was only hangers hung above the little desk, where the coffee and tea maker is. 8/10

The hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept, with a stylish interior. However, my overall stay was disappointing due to poor service. I stayed for three nights and was asked at check-in if I wanted my room cleaned during the stay. I said yes, and on the second day I reminded reception in the morning that I would like the room cleaned. When I returned at 4:30pm, nothing had been done — the room was still uncleaned and the sheets unchanged. When I raised this with reception, the staff were not helpful and instead of simply arranging for the cleaning, they asked unnecessary questions and did not resolve the issue. This really let down the experience. As for location, the hotel is not in the city center, so you do need to travel to reach most of the main attractions. That said, the train station is only about a 7-minute walk, which makes it manageable. In summary, while the hotel itself is beautiful, the lack of reliable service and less convenient location mean I would be hesitant to stay again.

Stunning stay!!!! Stayed in a corner suite, got a free upgrade, beautiful room and loved the coffee and teas. Wouldn’t recommend walking from Brussels Nord train station it’s a little sketchy.

Beautiful design at a new hotel. Location was a little far from the city center. If you have sizeable luggage it is not so easy to get to by public transport. The quinoa pancakes at breakfast are very good. We had some minor inconveniences during our stay - there was an issue with the toilet flush that required maintenance and also the TV wasn’t working at first. They were fixed reasonably quickly.

Good location, very friendly team in all parts of the hotel. Food and drinks are high quality and the steamer in the room is great.

Beautiful hotel, super cool design, rooftop is a must and restaurant are delicious, location is not that great a bit far from everything but Bruxelles is pretty small so you can reach everything within 15mn. I would recommend this hotel

Nice decor, especially love the lobby area.

Loved the decor, it felt very modern and calming. The bed was comfy and the bath was great. Only thing was the room was a bit warm and couldn’t work out how to made it colder than 18.5 but was only there one night and didn’t ask so there was probably a fix!

The hotel was nice and friendly. I ordered room services and food from the hotel restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend and also there’s vegetarian options in the menu. Room was clean and the atmosphere in hotel is chill. But the room we selected had no proper wardrobe. I personally liked their interior style. Would visit again when I come to Brussels :)
