Hotel is just a 8 minutes walk from Brussels North station; a 15 minutes walk to Grand Place, and lots of restaurants. Is a great location to stay! // Friendly staffs. // Room is clean and cozy. I love their hand soup so much, smells so amazing. The most important for me is that the hotel provides hair dryer.
Really a high recommendation for those who want to stay.

The hotel was nice and clean, with a jungle-like atmosphere and beautiful decoration. It’s in a great location, very convenient and easy to access public transport. The only downside was that when we first entered our room, housekeeping had forgotten to remove items and rubbish from the previous guests, which caused a very bad smell. However, they quickly apologized, changed our room, and offered us free breakfast. Overall, it was perfect and great value for money. Recommended

Hotel is quite new and has a style. Need to walk 15mins + to the tourist attraction. Given the price and condition of hotel, it is still quite value for money. North station is 5 mins away and a bit complicated but still safe.

The location is excellent! Close to all the main shopping streets and also the central square. The hotel is small but has good facilities including a well equipped gym and sauna.
The regular rooms can be really small, but we were fortunate to get a relatively spacious room. Overall the place doesn't feel very clean or new - housekeeping can be improved.
But the front desk and service staff are all really friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is too small and many people were in line during the peak weekend when we were there. The spread could be improved though, always the same everyday and very limited hot food.

This fantastic classy hotel delivers on every front! The prime central location puts Brussels' top attractions within easy walking distance. We loved the stylish, well-appointed rooms with comfy beds. The breakfast spread was impressive (though premium hot items cost extra). What really stood out was the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. While the separate city tax payment at checkout was a minor inconvenience (had no idea about it) it didn't detract from our wonderful experience. The hotel's modern design, great amenities (including a fitness center), and cozy bar area made it perfect for both business and leisure. Would definitely stay here again on our next Brussels visit!

very nice hotel! good accommodation, nice staff, perfect location (25min to airport, 15min to city center). Automatic check-in so you don't have to wait.
