Hotel Indigo BRUSSELS - CITY by IHG

Andrea at reception was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. My boyfriend had a lovely conversation with her as she’s also Spanish, from Andalusia, which made the welcome even more personal and warm. We were given an update, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was amazing, and the hotel’s location is absolutely perfect. We can only say thank you for such a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Coffee machine didn’t work with some capsules, hair dryer wasn’t working at all.😅 Overall it was a good stay, Thank you hote Indigo!

The location is convenient, right next to a metro station, a mall, and a busy shopping street, definitely a plus. However, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the central tourist area, and going back and forth can get a bit tiring after a long day of sightseeing. The room size is average, not too small, but with two open suitcases it felt a bit tight. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern, though I personally dislike the half-glass shower door design that makes the floor wet (same issue here). The building and carpets felt a bit old and worn, but the room itself was clean. Breakfast wasn’t the best but good enough, and I especially liked the fresh orange juice machine. Staff experience was mixed, some were friendly and smiling, while others were quite cold. One disappointing part was when we asked about a late check-out; the answer was an immediate “no” without even checking availability, which felt unfriendly given the hotel didn’t seem busy.

They offered glass bottles and free water pumps. That was so good! On the other hand, the room was a bit small and the bathroom was absolutely small. In addition, the view from the room was so limited because there was a building in front of the hotel.
