Dawn Beach Club

We stayed at the villas at dawn beach and had access to the pool and beach. Jean Claude helped us the first day and Vishal was also exceptional. His kindness and helpfulness was six star! The drinks are strong and pool area is impeccably clean. I know they are transitioning into a Marriott. I’m sure it will be even better than it already is! Amazing experience at the pool and beach.

Overall, we had a very lovely experience. Yes it is under construction but the timeshare buildings that we stayed in have all been beautifully renovated and I believe they’re all three-bedrooms with full complete kitchens . We had a beautiful view in building C overlooking the ocean. We did have to overlook the construction site. You could definitely hear some of the work going on when you were at the pool, but it was not too bad. Progress must go on. This will be an amazing place as a JW Marriott when they are finished. Vi Took care of at the pool, and he was so sweet. The prices were fairly reasonable but we only had the choice of the restaurant for breakfast. Everything else was ordered at the pool bar and came to you in a Styrofoam container. All the food was very good although I didn’t buy any of the more expensive items. Spending 50 or $60 on dinner and eating it out of a Styrofoam container was not that appealing. The pool is right next to the ocean and they had showers to rinse off when you went from the sand to the pool. It’s definitely more of a quiet location and this time of year was absolutely perfect. There were not very many people at the resort and that was fine with us. They were also only a few kids. The elevator was broken a few times which was not great. Also, it was broken on checkout day so we had to drag our luggage down three flights. Overall very nice and I would definitely go back I was able to get away with not meeting any of the timeshare sales people. They tried a couple times, but timing didn’t work and I certainly wasn’t gonna go searching it out.

This place was beautiful! We had 2, 3 bedroom condos, for 4 couples and we were right next to one another. The condos were well decorated and equipped. My only complaint about the whole condo is that they need to put mirrors in the 2 bedrooms. There are none so you have to use the bathroom mirror for everything. We loved the pool and bar area. The drinks were wonderful and the staff is so fun! They had activities almost every afternoon late. They also had a restaurant and we ate there quite a bit. Nothing we had was bad! It was all delicious and the prices were great! Vi waited on us quite a bit and he is a doll! Very attentive. We also did water aerobics with Jenny. She is an absolute hoot! She is so fun. We had a great time. I guess if I had one not so good thing to say about this place is that where our room was located was a long walk to the pool/bar. They are also rebuilding the Westin Dawn Beach hotel around the pool. It was little noisy but not a problem for us. It will be beautiful when it is done!

What a gorgeous resort this is going to be!! They are totally renovating the whole hotel. It is going to be amazing! The view of Oyster Bay are beautiful. Very private and quiet area. So nice to relax. But if you want nightlife and fun, a half hour trip and you are surrounded with great restaurants and bars. The resort is going to have many many amentities so in the near future, you wont have to leave if you dont want to. I believe this resort with be very much a 5 star! The service is A1 and they keep the resort very clean consider they are renovating. I would recommend the Dawn Beach at Oyster Bay to anyone. We will be returning next February 2024 with friends!!
