On our vacation trip through Europe, we had reserved a room for 3 persons. We arrived late in the evening and met a friendly member of staff at the reception. He spoke great English and was very helpful. We had paid for the room upfront via PayPal before arriving, and the price was very fair. The room had three beds, each with a nightstand. There were outlets near the beds and USB chargers built into the bedside lamps. The duvets and pillows were comfortable. The room also had a large closet with extra pillows, a code safe, and a fan. On the table there was free coffee and tea. There was a spacious bathroom with a shower, plenty of towels, and a hairdryer. The view was beautiful, and the town seemed very quiet and cosy. We didn’t eat at the hotel, but the restaurant looked great. The only thing to be aware of is the nearby church tower, which rang every half hour during the night. Not the hotel’s fault, of course, but keep it in mind if you’re a light sleeper — it might wake you. We found it charming and even laughed about it, as we had never experienced anything like that before. It didn’t wake us during the night. You can park for free in the back area of the hotel.
