Nobody was at the door for check in. Nobody answered the phone. I reserved a room and didn’t even get to stay in it.

Below Average Stay
Parking: very little parking available for customers.
Location: By the hospital but it still didn’t feel very safe. Strange people in the parking lots and watching us unload our items at 11pm.
Doors: Doors to the hotel were locked, which is fine for safety, but my husband tried to come in to get our room that we reserved and no one would let him in even though they saw him.
Check In - very slow process, but gentleman was nice.
Room - there are no smoking signs everywhere, yet the building smells of cigarette smoke. Our room wreaked terribly of stale cigarettes. The beds were old and like tacos. Security lock/deadbolt was broken. I’m ok with an old hotel, but it has to be clean and well maintained and this hotel was lacking in both.

It was ok because I just needed a place to stay overnight for my flight the next day. But fridge didn’t work and some of the light fixtures.

The bed was comfy,room was very clean. Good desk service,all questions were answered with politeness and respect. Did not get to do their breafast,but their room was adequete and clean. I would stay here again.

Every time someone used the elevator it made a very loud bang which I was able to hear inside my room. It startled me every time

Convenient location. The rooms were clean & quiet. The building entrance smelled like urine as did the community room where breakfast was being served.

Definitely old and several of the plugs, and a couple of the lamps did not work.There was no power.

This hotel is right across the street from a hospital, and is geared to serve patients’ families. It does an amazing job providing low rates for good service. We were driving through and had great value for the price. We were also a very short drive from the tourist district, with tons of brunch options and great views of the falls.
