Everything was already said in reviews from previous travellers. I took Piccadilly line to Heathrow Airport then number 111 bus to hotel - 3 stops and dropped right outside. I was put in the annex as I’d asked for a quiet room - Bath Rd likely to be busy/noisy. Wanted to eat an evening meal but didn’t want to go out for food. Hotel had a very good selection of hot meals at average prices. In summary this is an ideal stay over for a night close to T2/T3.

Basic clean comfortable hotel room no noise so got a good night sleep decent bathroom perfect for overnight stay before an early flight

Hotel was ok. Clean enough where it mattered and complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch. Unfortunately the tv did not work and the mattress was very old and worn and should be replaced. Didn’t bother to complain as arrived late from a flight so just needed somewhere to sleep.
Bigger concern was that despite having paid 3 weeks ago they still tried to take payment at check
In and again at check out. Then although both times they agreed with our proof of payment, still proceeded to take £70 from our card a few hours later. Not happy.

The roof restaurant could easily be so much better with chilled music
And real butter, not palm. Oil margarine and get a toaster that toasts

Great location and very close to Terminal 2&3.
You can take a bus to get there.
The room is very spacious and clean, with reasonable prices to stay overnight comfortably

樓下餐廳有個白人老奶奶瘦瘦的 不是很友好 拿錯了杯子接水 會很兇的説客人並且説立馬離開這裏 這讓我感覺到很不被尊重 這樣我非常的生氣無語 除此之外其他的還可以

Is a great location near Heathrow and can use local bus for transport. Also pubs nearby for meals. Have stayed here 4 times now. Lovely place.

Good value for these stable prices around Heathrow Airport. Bus station in front of the hotel with direct connections to the airport. For a short convenient stay it's recommendable. Room was clean and well equipped only a little fridge was missing but I know that's not the standard in these hotels.
