The place was nice and the pools are amazing but the AC unit wasn’t able to keep the room cool. Additional staff might also be needed for such a huge place for faster service. Shower heads need to be replaced as it’s only set to mist spray.

Nag enjoy ng sobra sobra ang mga anak ko napakaganda ng resort na ito. It's the best place I can recommend to have a peaceful beautiful place to hangout and relax with your loved ones 😍😍😍🥰

The toilet drain clogs. You can be seen through the sliding doors on their rooms. The pillow on the room that we were staying had stains inside despite the pillow cover. There were no soap and shampoos provided. Although we were advised upon check in, the TVs were not available. Some of the staff were nice. Currently undergoing reconstruction.

Hotel Easter garan sorry, last month I will stay in eastern garan hotel my experience not good room not clean & tv is not working ,
bad maybe owner is not may be negligent, the breakfast is not good poor , only egg & hotdog pan , oh my god , never come back,🤨😠 it looks good in the picture, but in person it's the opposite
