Cockroaches walking on my face. Liked · absolutely nothing. Disliked · Cockroaches waking me up at night walking on my face. An intense smell of fried fish on the property. When I wanted to have scrambled eggs for breakfast, I had to take them out of my mouth because you had a very unpleasant taste. Probably in the state. The bathroom grid was covered and it was very unpleasant to bathe in a broth trying not to overflow. Several damp and peeling walls. And worst of all was the dishonesty of those responsible for the hotel. On the second night around 00:01 a.m. I had a very unpleasant experience with the spoon, since there was no one at the reception, I went in the morning to request a refund for my stay. They told me that they were going to return everything to me (there was still one night that was paid) but they did not want to do it at the time. In theory they would make the transfer that same day. Two days passed and they did not do it. I wrote to them and they told me that they would reimburse me for the night that I did not use only when they had promised to return everything to me. Not even the night I was awake after the cockroach walked on my face. In other words, not only did I go through unpleasant experiences, but they scammed me because they did not fulfill their commitment. There was an exchange of emails but in a very bad way they told me that they were not going to do it. Yesterday they told me that they had sent me the transfer for one night but I have not received it yet and they did not send me any information to identify it. I want to add that in the room with the clogged grid and flooding, the toilet did not work well. They had the "kindness" to move me to another room that was quite dirty and with things from another guest. There was the cockroach thing. oh! The most important. When I went to complain in the morning they told me that they were not responsible for the cockroach because the municipality had to deal with it. AND THAT IN THE ROOMS ON THE GROUND FLOOR IT COULD HAPPEN. The issue is that if they told me that the rooms came with cockroaches, I would have decided not to book.

The location is enviable and the idea of transforming a shelter for fishermen into an accommodation facility seemed really interesting to us, but we came across a distracted staff and not at all interested in customer care. The room is spartan, which in itself would not be a problem if it were not for some elements on which it is impossible to overlook, first of all the bed: 2 "loose" spring mattresses, deformed pillows, no "covers" (mattress, cushion); to welcome us, under the sheets, a dead mosquito. Result: we slept badly and got up with our backs to pieces. The fridge, albeit turned on and positioned on "high", did not cool at all and in a hot summer like this is not a trivial matter. Bath towels: 2 shower towels, 2 face towels, 1 guest (why?). Fortunately we only stayed one night, but even to leave we had to wait 10 minutes for check out. The thing that left me most perplexed, however, was reading reviews from three years ago complaining about the same problems, but in the end this is also proof of the absolute lack of interest in this hotel for its guests.

Nonostante la bella struttura, suggestiva di fronte al mare del molo Santa Lucia, sono stato molto a disagio. Al mio arrivo, senza prenotazione, chiedo la disponibilità di una camera, affascinato dalla struttura fronte mare. In trasparenza mi viene detto che la struttura è al completo tranne una camera che aveva avuto problemi con lo scarico del water la notte precedente. Allo stesso tempo mi viene proposto di attendere un’ora (pausa pranzo) che al mio rientro avrei trovato tutto riparato e la camera pronta. Accetto, e prima del check-in vado a verificare se il problema era stato risolto ed apparentemente così sembrava. Pago in anticipo la camera. Dopo mezz’ora il problema si ripresenta nell’utilizzo della toilette e, pur facendo presente nuovamente del disagio, mi viene promesso che avrebbero mandato un manutentore. Nulla di più falso: la reception chiude e sono stato costretto ad utilizzare secchi improvvisati. La camera è sprovvista di frigo e di telecomando per aria calda/ fredda. Il terrazzo in compenso è confortevole ed ha una bella vista, complice la bella giornata di sole fuori stagione. Purtroppo il personale sembra impreparato alle regole dell’ospitalità.

Luogo accogliente,stanze tutte diverse arredate con gusto. Cena servita in piedi in occasione di un compleanno, curato nei dettagli,serata con amici , organizzazione ineccepibile. Accoglienza e attenzione da parte dello staff per ogni bisogno dell' ospite.

In occasione di una visita alla città di Siracusa, io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è ottima per visitare la città. E' situato in riva al mare proprio di fronte all'Isola di Ortigia alla quale si arriva con una comoda passeggiata. E' stato ricavato da un vecchio molo di pescatori, conservando molti elementi originali in pietra bianca di Siracusa (scale, portali,...) ed un arredamento in sintonia con l'ambiente marinaro. Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente e gentile, disponibile a darci ottimi consigli sugli spostamenti in città o sui ristoranti nei dintorni. Le stanze si affacciano su un cortiletto interno e sono quindi molto silenziose. Letto comodissimo. Dal cortiletto interno si accede ad un terrazzino arredato dal quale si gode uno spettacolo stupendo sull'Isola di Ortigia.

Poca cortesia, poca organizzazione e poche buone maniere. La comunicazione è avvenuta tramite messaggi senza avere un vero interlocutore. Siamo stati lasciati in balia di noi stessi. Pessimo servizio. Non lo consiglio

Sporca, rumorosa, a tratti indecente. E sono dispiaciuto perché è sempre brutto dare giudizi così. Ma non posso farne a meno. I ragazzi sono gentili ma la struttura e la pulizia equivalgono a una stella. Meno di un ostello.

Original, si. Era las lonjas antiguas del puerto, pero realmente muy corriente, tirando a malo. Le queda bastante para ponerse al dia, tiene que mejorar mucho. Los accesos a las habitaciones son pésimos, una persona discapacitada, que se abstenga de ir. Para una noche y ......, lo que tiene bueno es el aparcamiento y que está cerca de la isla.

A me è piaciuto tantissimo lo Sbarcadero, sia come struttura, che come posizione, davanti al Porto Piccolo e con il bus rosso a due passi, comodissimo per girare a Siracusa. Se tornerò in questa stupenda città, vorrei proprio soggiornare qui!
