Stylish apartment centrally located in Syracuse. Very good security, elevator, good supermarket nearby, very good facilities. Downsides - the noise. The apartment is on a very busy street. There is no soundproofing so we were disturbed all night long by mopeds, motorbikes, cars and shouting. Earplugs didn’t quite do the trick. I expected a bit more for the money. Also, there are nine apartments so make sure you find out which one you are staying in. I had to call the company to find out. He told me it was clearly outlined in the communication sent to me. I eventually found it in a receipt buried deep in one of the emails. It was in very small print - fine on a laptop but not so great on a mobile phone. Overall a reasonable experience but as sleep is the main reason for booking an apartment then they need to look at the noise issue.
