We liked our stay very much, the place is special and carries charm and history, and the staff is wonderfully kind. Rooms OK. Restaurant was great, the chef’s menu was original, tasty, local. And the wine ! Same for breakfast - very generous and .. good for late sleepers.

We stayed here with our daughter and partner for 3 nights visiting family in the area. The place itself is lovely, the furniture and decor are charming and very individual. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Our bed was very comfortable and our room (7 I think) was clean with nice decor. AC worked perfectly but it was nice to be able to open the window and get fresh air. The only downside was the bathroom was tiny and there was nowhere to dry more than one towel. When you used the shower it got water everywhere and the bath was too small. Would have expected a few more toiletries in bathroom, when you travel with only hand luggage you need them. Our daughter had smaller room with a shower and a terrace and steps down to the pool. The pool area could do with a bit of painting and generally tidying up, but I love the cool shady area under cover and it's very comfortable. I think we have to remember that everyone is coming out of covid and these things all take time and money. The spa area was very enjoyable even if one of the rooms was out of order. But the food was our favourite! Dining there in the evenings, having a drink before dinner was just fabulous. 50 euro a head for 5 courses, and the food was superb as was the wine. We had a few menu du jours locally for 30/25 euro a head which to be honest were very average and I didn't really enjoy. There isnt much competition I suppose. Spent between 15 and 25 euros a head in the bar round the corner for one course lunch, so to be honest 50 euros for a fabulous meal represented excellent value. Breakfast at the chateau was also really good. We will definitely be returning, other guests in the hotel were friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much.

A truly wonderful place. Everything was right: the comfort of the room, the attentive service, the great food with local wine pairing, the bar with an interesting alcohol selection (I loved the local gin with agrumes), and the amazing spa (which you get for yourself). It’s worth going out of one’s way to get there.

Very good time spent for New Year's Eve, excellent cuisine for the evening meal and breakfast the next day, quality, quantity, choice, top breakfast, local quality products, pastries and homemade cakes in self-service, discretion, calm, I found everything very clean, I don't understand previous reviews.

Beautiful charming hotel. Spacious room, charming staff, very pleasant massage, quality meal. The product could be perfect: if the staff had suitable outfits. If a small curtain was placed in the room which opens onto the restaurant terrace. If the maintenance and storage was cleaner, especially around the swimming pool (robot, dead plants, etc.), the solarium area is neither tidied nor cleaned between 2 days. If we took customer comments more seriously (we are trained sommeliers, but we don't want to be a "complainer"). If the health rules, linked to the pandemic, were respected at a minimum (an example: we are given the salt shaker, empty, and pepper shaker directly from another table (the other customers are still seated there) without any disinfection). If particular care was taken to clean the tables (traces of glasses from previous customers so no cleaning or disinfection), the dishes (remainder of hot chocolate on the breakfast cup)... The quality/price ratio would not it's not there.

Si vous séjournez au Château de Siran, vous vivrez une belle expérience tant hôtelière que gastronomique. A votre arrivée vous serez accueillis par le maître des lieux, affable et courtois, toujours à l'écoute de ses clients. Son épouse est présente en permanence pour répondre à vos souhaits. Je recommande la suite n° 4 avec sa grande terrasse privée de 40 m2. D'une propreté méticuleuse, vous bénéficierez entre autres d'une douche à l'italienne fort agréable et surtout d'une literie très confortable (matelas de grande épaisseur et moelleux). Le diner au restaurant du château est un festival gastronomique à ne surtout pas rater. Chaque plat vous propose une multitude de saveurs délicates, le tout servi avec professionnalisme et sourire par Clotilde qu'il faut remercier. Enfin, ne manquez pas le petit déjeuner très complet, copieux et de qualité. En conclusion, qualité des prestations, de l'accueil, professionnalisme et surtout sourire sont les atouts majeurs du Château de Siran et je les en remercie./.

Tout est parfait ! Personnel cuisine chambre literie spa. Nous avons organisé un séminaire et tout a été réglé à la perfection grâce à notre hôte. La cuisine du restaurant est vraiment de grande qualité.

Encore une parenthèse enchantée!! pour la 2 eme année nous sommes venus nous reposer au Château de Siran. La chambre était magnifique et la literie extraordinaire Nous avons été très bien reçus comme des invités et très bien conseillés. Le massage a été très relaxant et le spa très agréable du calme du calme …..bref un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer. Nous avons à nouveau adoré le dîner accompagné de l’accord mets et vins, tout le monde était aux petits soins. Bref on va revenir c’est sûr encore merci pour votre accueil à l’année prochaine
