The place is very nice but if there is no snow it does not worth to go during winter time. You cant enjoy the outside beauty as it’s very cold. The houses are very pretty but hard to heat it up. We were 2 mommies and 2sons. We had to use the fireplace area for 4th bed. Spring time would be more comfortable to enjoy all beauty. The only problem from our side was the high prices at their restaurant. Once we saw our extras we were shocked because it was overpriced for a village hotel, we were even charged for room service fee to bring our food to house. I suggest to double check the prices before ordering at their restaurant

The place needs a total refurb half the lodges have no coverings over the wood roofs the pool is filthy and generally is a massive fire hazard we checked in and left access road also shocking. All photos need updating as they are way out of date.

Ortamı ve doğanın içinde olması çok güzel ama maalesef fiyat performans karşılamıyor, bu zamana kadar kalmış olduğumuz dağ evleri arasında en en kötüsü. Bu bütçede bir otelde saç kurutma makinesinin olmaması, kışın hizmete açık olmalarına rağmen yeterli ısınma imkanının sağlanmaması tam bir fiyasko. ( şömine için bir defa yaktırma hakkınız var ve bir küp odun sonrasında tüm yakım ücreti ve odunlar ekstraya giriyor ve harici yeterli ısınma imkanı sunmuyorlar). Restorant hizmetleri de aynı şekilde çok yetersiz, bir yer kışın hizmete açıksa yine menüleri tam olmalı bu kadar az çeşitte alkol ve yemek hizmeti beklentimizi karşılamadı. Bize konaklama istediğimiz odaların dolu olduğu söylendi ama biz otelden çıkış yaparken kalan tek misafirler olduğumuz da söylendi. Güzel olan tek yanı orman içinde olması maalesef hizmet anlayışı 0.

Berbat pislik ve rutubet içinde kesinlikle tercih etmeyin biz paramızla arabada yattık çünkü rutubetten nefes alamadık pis olması ve personelin lakayitligi de cabası odayı iki kere temizlediklerini söylediler ama bir önce kalan misafirin bıraktıkları duruyordu hala banyo kullanılamaz vaziyette bar denen yerde içilen bırakılan artıklar bir önceki günden kalma sanırım kahve söyledik icemeden döktük rezalet bir gün yaşadık sayelerinde
