This is a charming older home located in a central downtown neighborhood. It is a short walk to restaurants and shopping and is also close to outdoor mountain activities. The home oozes with old world charm that resonates will with the spirit and history of Mt. Shasta. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The house boasts a modern central heating system, and a wood stove. There is a private fenced in backyard. Lots of fun!The spaceOur guests have access to the whole house. You will find there is plenty of space to stretch out and unwind. We have blazing fast internet so you can work from home and stream all you want! We have a nice new smart TV and you can log in to your own Netflix or Amazon accounts. During the school year, the street out front gets busy during morning drop off and afternoon pick up. The train tracks are somewhat close to the house and the train can be heard, as it can from almost everywhere in town.Trash pick up is Wednesday morning so please have your trash out by Tuesday night. Someone will come by to bring it to the curb but if it is not out by Wednesday morning please put it out.Dogs up to 30 pounds with a limit of two are allowed for a $25 fee per pet per stay.
