The toilet was not cleaned before the guest entered. The evidence is as in the attached picture. The toilet floor was wet and there was soap that was not thrown away (I forgot to take a picture). The lock and latch were also broken. Although it is a budget hotel, cleanliness is important. Budget in terms of amenities is not the level of cleanliness. Please improve if you want the hotel to sustain for a long time. The morning male receptionist and the Malay female receptionist are good at helping but it feels like it is the responsibility of the mgt to monitor.
