What an amazing apartment overlooking the sea front One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. Very comfortable and an amazing location. The check in process was super easy and the owner responds quickly to messages I would 100% stay again. Thank you Catherine.

This accommodation totally exceeds all expectations. From arriving here, Catherine went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at ease. She let us check in early due to our morning travels, and gave us a tour of the building. The apartment offers everything expected and more; kitchen area with refreshments and washing facilities, recently refurbished rooms and comfy sleeping areas too. The building is so close to the centre of Skegness, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, clock tower and arcades. Catherine was a fantastic host and we will definitely be staying here again.

Cath and Dean are very welcoming. The place is clean and very comfortable it has everything you need for a self catering break and a little more. The position of the property is perfect so close to the beach restaurants and entertainment. Cath was super helpful in bringing to our attention the fabulous hidden gems of Skegness..
