Clean and very comfortable accommodation in a good location. A good bed helpef ensure a good nighr’s sleep. Welcoming and attentive owner to any queries we had. Great value for money and we would definitely return there again when we are next in town.

Chosen for location close to the theatre. Received a warm welcome, check in/out was easy. Kerb parking wasn't easy but they is a Pay and Display virtually next door. Places to eat close by so the Bed only was not a problem. Ideal for a No Frills overnight dtay.

Such a lovely, comfy guesthouse, run by Paula who is super kind, friendly, welcoming and does the best job. Lovely to have fridge and kettle and tea and coffee etc in room, really nice toiletries and even washing up facilities. She’s thought of everything!

Staff very friendly, hotel is lovely and clean, tea and coffee facilities and fridge in room, hair dryer and straightners in room, iron and ironing board available for use, ideal location for attractions and town centre. Room lovely and cool elephants made from towels.

Perfect location for the theatre and sea front, pay car park extremely close if you are not lucky enough to park in the Street

Lovely clean hotel, very close to the centre, but also very quiet at night, we didn't hear any noise at all. Comfy beds, convenient mini fridge in the room, water in each room. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly service, and lovely clean room. A few things could do with updating, but for the price paid it is lovely here. Also as room only, some nice touches like a fridge in the room was very useful.

Easy check in. Free on street parking and close to sea front. Quiet area despite numerous bars.

I stayed at the beginning of the holidays with my husband and 2 young daughters. The host was really friendly and the room was perfect for what we needed for a two night stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and we would have loved to stay longer if we had the time. I’d highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and decorated nicely and so close to the beach.
