Josie and Paul are very nice friendly hosts, we arrived early and they let us park our car up while the room was being prepared. We stayed 2 nights in a ground floor room which was very clean and tidy with a tv, coffee stand and fresh towels, the bed was so comfortable and clean. also the guest house was quiet and well lit when you arrive back late at night .
A really nice area and it's only a short walk to all the attractions and seafront from the b&b. We didn't have breakfast but it did look amazing. We recommend this guest house 100%

Got there left case while room getting ready the couple who ran guest house very polite and helpful. Breakfast 10/10 plenty of choice. Room spotless and toilet and shower room. Will visit again

In a word, DUMP !!!. cobwebs everywhere, dust all over, breakfast poor. Out dated decour just awful, stayed 2 nights, never again, just dirty. The hosts didn't even introduce themselves. Stay at your own risk.

This was the third time I have stayed here, and just as friendly and helpful as ever. Clean, comfortable room, good bed. Wi-fi worked well. Full English breakfast sets me up for the day! It is convenient for the town centre, but not on a busy road. The cost is very competitive, good for anyone on a tight budget.

Josie and Paul were very friendly, very welcoming. The room was very clean, fantastic breakfast and went out their way to help we, we will definitely be returning again very soon. Location is very close the town centre about a 5 mins walk, we was welcomed and made to feel welcome thank you x

Worse place ever booked it then cancelled day later he told us that if he let the room we would get our money back meanwhile we had booked another b&b so decided to pay a visit to whiteways we got there to see sign saying no vacancies we knocked on the door to be greeted by bloke who said he had vacancies and the room we had booked was empty so why have sign saying you are full it doesn't make sense. Moral of story don't book here and then cancel well before your holiday cos you won't get ya money back which is totally wrong. If we had cancelled day before holiday no problem but it was weeks away . Reason we cancelled was because of breakfast my husband only has weetabix for breakfast and he wanted to charge us £7.50 for breakfast

Really enjoyed our stay here was very welcoming Paul and Josie was very friendly and went out there way to assist you had a lovely sleep beds was just right close to everything just a walk away from the sea front will definitely stay again made us feel welcome in there home thank for a wonderful stay

the hotel was very close to town and the hosts are ok but can get on ur nerves and can complain a lot and don't wanna talk just trying to end conversation wouldn't recommend it 120 for 3 nights with pounding music and arguing couples and WIFI that didn't work don't go here
