Excellent location, service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We had a bath and shower. Fresh milk and snacks in fridge. Excellent choice of food for breakfast. We also had dinner which was expensive, but worth every penny. Couldn't fault the hotel and would highly recommend.

Just had a lovely relaxing afternoon tea with my two daughters. I’m a vegetarian and my option was delicious. Plenty of tea refills. The staff were all lovely, very attentive, well presented and friendly. We had the table as long as we wanted and the tables were nicely spaced so you didn’t feel on top of anyone. It’s a lovely setting and I would definitely recommend it. Also the Sunday dinners looked amazing so I will be returning to try one.

To say our wedding day was perfect is an understatement! Thank you so so much to Aurora and the whole team for giving us the day of our dreams. Before the day, the communication was excellent and it was so easy to get hold of someone via call/email - which we were very grateful for as we live far from the venue. Every little detail was thought of by the venue, they worked with our suppliers and did all of the important leg work. Thank you so much to the amazing, friendly and professional team. The staff on the day went above and beyond and we will truly remember this day for the rest of our lives ❤️

My daughter brought us a gift voucher for Crathorne Hall As we arrived lots of space for parking with beautiful surroundings for you to Walk around. The Hall is so beautiful and just fabulous The staff were all fabulous and very friendly. too. We had a champagne afternoon tea for two which was so nice and very filling. Our room was called a classic which was not a bad size at all. The only thing I could say about the room it could be update as it’s a bit tired. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we have not had it yet The Hall is in a good location as you can get to other place

Amazing! From start to finish my stay was perfect. Came out and collected my bags and carried to the room. Food was to die for. I have a lot of allergies and they catered for it. I have absolutely no complaints will definitely be back. Thank you for making my birthday special.

Amazing hotel, fantastic location, beautiful food and staff that go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Alice and Olivia make the start of your stay, via a great welcome to the hotel and the rest of the staff such as Byron, Guster the Maitre D and Sarah continue to ensure you live the dream. Even turning the bed down. closing the curtains on an evening before you retire. If you are a hotel and want to know how staff should act and treat clients book yourself in here. An absolute delight. Thank you everyone

We visited for an early afternoon tea. The drive up to the hotel is lovely and we loved the room where tea was served. All 4 sandwiches were very good : Cucumber & cream cheese Salmon & creme fraise Ham & mustard Egg mayo I was wary of the sausage roll with apricot as I’m not usually fond of fruit with meat, but it was lovely. We felt the scones were overdone - crunchy rather than crumbly. Generous portions of jam and clotted cream. Unusual selection of cakes - all very different. I was surprised that I really enjoyed the rhubarb choux and the chocolate orange bomb was gorgeous. The service was attentive with refills on our coffee brought without having to chase.

Enjoyed our 13th wedding anniversary at the Crathorne Hall Hotel. We stayed two nights from 13-14 May and checked out on Thursday, 15 May. The Staff was amazing, the minute we checked in and out, we had drinks in the bar, service was Excellent, and we dined in a restaurant for two nights, and we enjoyed the food on both nights. We would like to say a big thank you to all the staff, Alan and Boiwa Hanna Tia, and the kitchen team, Matt, as well as reception, Krista, and Emma, and Alice, and Byron, you look after us on our last night, thanks to Gloria for the service. Afternoon tea and breakfast on both mornings, thanks to Victoria booking for our room, stephen, me, Caroline, and the whole team were amazing, thanks to Claire for making our 13th wedding anniversary cake, it was beautiful for us
