The customer service rep and Manger were not welcoming and unwilling to provide assistance in clearing up an issue at check in. Roims were diry with hair on bed and sheets not changed.

Ironing board was in use room. But no iron. Two cups per day. Bed could be better hard and noisy

Two pillows to sleep with on two full beds with four people (2 adults, 2 young kids). Bed creaked all night long keeping us up. It is a metal frame bed.

The water in the tub and sink was rust colored. We were unable to take a shower. Told the front desk and was told they didn’t use that too

Had reservation. Called 4 hrs before I was going to be there. Confirmed reservation. When I arrived they had no rooms available

The stay was nice and comfortable. The deadbolt did not work and some problems with programming the key cards to allow us to enter our room. They finally had to change us to a different room.

Nothing to brag about- last chance
Place currently has a 7.5 rating which is not accurate. The room smelled very musky. The bed squeaked. I stayed there July 5 th and other guests were lighting off fireworks in parking lot. The staff at front desk seemed to be supportive of such saying that “fireworks are legal in LA” despite being illegal in town of Slidell. So that’s what you’re dealing with there.
