I was upgraded due to the ongoing construction next to the hotel. 
1) As for hotels in Dubai, the room itself is of a fairly standard level. 
2)The front desk staff and the cleaning lady were friendly and helpful. However, the phone receptionist, as well as the reception and security personnel at the 75th-floor infinity pool, were unprofessional and did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel.  
3) i felt very disappointed with the hair dryers (as shown in the photos).
4) Housekeeping services - waiting time:15-20mins basic.
5) The infinity pool is quite small, and I would suggest reconsidering the layout of the seating area. 
6) Breakfast, it was a basic buffet with limited options and nothing particularly noteworthy.

Beautiful hotel close to tram for access to surrounding areas, if your paying by cash for deposit though it’s 200 a night cash, debit or credit card is 100 a night also some of the euphoria rooms the sun is gone from balcony at 1pm so make sure you request a room with sun, the rooftop pool closes early when events are on, & other pool is full extremely hard to retain a bed. Otherwise hotel & staff are amazing

Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.
