The best service ever in restaurant Villa Anna! Waiter Danielius makes customers feel like V.I.P.- kind, pleasant, attentive and all that customers want! Food is fantastic, Seafood 🦞 is “ Must have” once you have a meal. Standards very high. Quality 100% out of 100% I was Impressed. Thank you so much!

On first view it appears very nice unfortunately the cleaning standards let it down. When we went into our room the floor was quite dusty and obviously not been mopped at all for a while. When we complained the attitude from the receptionist was that if we didn't like it we could leave and we get a refund in the next 5 days. We stayed as it is not often that we can get away like this. The following day when the staff eventually did come to service the room it turned out to be just tempting the bin and a little brush in places. Shower was left dirty. We complained again and the attitude from the staff this time was that the dirt from the shower was sand from us, this is a beach side resort and so should be expected, but this is not a reason not to clean. Eventually 2 staff were sent back to the room to clean again. This is a real shame as the location is great. The food from the restaurant is excellent and the waiting staff are very good and polite. The beach is clean and the sea is calm and shallow for quite a distance and so great for children.
