Great staff. Management was so polite made me feel at home. Good area closer baseball stadium which was cool & tons of restaurants within walking distance

I had an amazing stay at this location. The staff offered great customer service, plus the room was clean and equipped with the essentials! I felt safe here and there was a lot to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Extended Stay America. :)

My room was clean and well put together. The staff was very polite and professional. They were very helpful too. I don’t have any complaints at all.

We did not even stay. They did not have any rooms available and the one they tried putting us in wasn’t clean so we could not stay I had to find another hotel 30mins away and pay more to stay there.

Unless you’re absolutely desperate, avoid this hotel at all costs. We were unable to get into our usual hotel so we looked for hotel with availability and booked a room with two double beds via the hotel chains main reservation number. I was hesitant to book at this hotel, but our options were dwindling quickly given a huge convention in town. When we arrived at the hotel at 10 PM they had given away our room and only had a king size bed left, which would not work for our party however that was not the reason for this horrible review the staff was rude and the woman behind the desk even yelled at me saying if you were here on time you would’ve had your room. It was 10 o’clock at night as I told her no one told me I had to arrive at a certain time to get the room I had been guaranteed. When I went out to my car to look online for another hotel in the area before I gave up the room they had left when I came back in, they had pulled a metal gate down over the front desk and disappeared I had to go look for someone to refund my money so I could go to another hotel. The woman at the front desk was downright abusive and used foul language directed at me and another member of the staff. While I was there, same thing happened to two other people who walked in the door only to discover they had no rooms. Hands-down the worst customer experience in any hotel I can recall, and I’ve been in a lot of hotels for work and leisure. Plus the whole place smelled like smoke of one kind or another. Avoid this hotel, and maybe the whole chain, because the main reservation system seems to be very disconnected from the availability of the hotels they manage

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TOXIC MOLD EXPOSURE!!!! I just spent 7 weeks (Late May to Mid-July) at this disgusting excuse for a hotel and was forced to live in squalor. Room serviced twice in 7 weeks. I had to call corporate to complain for them to FINALLY service the room for the first time in the 5th week of my stay. I killed 17 cockroaches in my room. I never received clean towels and was forced to buy my own toilet paper because it was never replaced. The couch in the room was visibly covered in mold, and there was no other chair or alternative place to sit in the room. By week 6 I became violently ill from the mold. Staff is EXTREMELY rude and treat you like you're a burden rather than a paying customer. This place should be shut down because it's not safe for the public health. I've reported the mold and cockroaches to public health authorities and will not stop posting public complaints until this place is either shut down or full pest and mold abatement has taken place. I don't care how cheap it is; I don't care if you think it can't be that bad. I thought the same thing and got sick as a result. Save yourself and avoid this place at all costs.

I came to your hotel (brand) for a lot of reasons. The comfort, the price, the cleanliness, kitchen, space and location. And for this first time (after staying at a range of locations), I was told that I have to pay for pots and pans. Yikes! So I have all the groceries for my comfortable stay and now I am unable to cook without paying for the pots and pans setup. I do enjoy the hotels and locations (wish there were more locations), I just will not be returning to that particular one again. Thanks

There was a huge cockroach in our room, it took forever to check in, all the furniture was old and worn, the pool was not clean, they advertised breakfast but there was none….

Lol just no. Staff was nice but i checked in, saw my room, and checked right back out lol. They gave me a refund without having to ask so I certainly appreciated that! Just small, bad smell, lousy pillows, dirty sheets. No thanks

It was the dirtiest hotel ive ever been too. From the smell to just being able to tell they dont clean. Had to leave after returning from baseball game and our room full of roaches and bugs when we turned the light on. The manager didnt argue when i asked for a refund she was nice about it and aproved it. Glad this happened before i even stayed the first night.
