Gorgeous little hotel in the mountains of northern Portugal. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and spotless. The pool and gardens are well kept. Excellent breakfast selection and delicious dinners. We made some special requests that weren’t in the menu and the team happily obliged. The jewels in their crown are the AMAZING staff. So friendly, helpful, charming and hard working. We will be back! 🩵💙🩵

This is a perfect place to stay. Where to start: wonderful family run business, beautiful location, spotlessly clean, lovely food. Portugal at its very very best! The beds are extremely comfortable and the room we stayed in had a fridge also, which was unexpected. The pool is ideal.

The people that work there are very kind, they don’t speak English, but we made it work. Nice room with an amazing view. The food was cheap but ok for the price you pay for it.. (15 euros for soup, main dish, dessert and half a bottle of wine)

Great spot!!! Great service and location. Repeating!!! The owners are attentive and the place is very well looked after. You couldn't ask for more in this experience. For a weekend it was very peaceful and enjoyed!!! Thank you for your kindness..

Michèle Faessler France We spent 2 nights in October in this magnificent place. Splendid view of the lake and the mountain. Room and bedding worthy of a 4*. Pleasant swimming pool after the hikes. Construction of an indoor swimming pool completed by the end of November. The breakfast buffet is very extensive. The evening meal is complete and plentiful for good value for money. The welcome from the entire team is great. Thanks to the breakfast lady for her visiting advice. I Isabella, the owner, conveys to you her joy of living and her spontaneity despite her illness and participates with her husband in preparing delicious meals. We wish this courageous and energetic woman a speedy recovery and the ability to continue spoiling the customers of this wonderful place for a long time to come. Go there with your eyes closed! 5/5

An ideal place to relax and a good base to get to know the Peneda Gerés National Park, an idyllic environment, with rivers, trails, waterfalls and viewpoints. The accommodation has magnificent views. It is a joy to have breakfast and dinner contemplating the landscape. Comfortable rooms, perfect to enjoy your stay. Very friendly staff. Various menu possibilities for dinner. Access by car includes a kilometer along a forest road, but nothing particularly complicated. I was very happy with the stay and I point it out as a place to repeat.
