位置很棒，位於索非亞市中心，出行很方便，距機場駕車約25分鐘。設施較陳舊，早餐種類不多，房間隔音不好，一直有呼呼的聲音，不知道是電梯聲還是地鐵聲或是外面電車的聲音。

The hotel is very close to the city center. It is just 10-15 min walking. It is a little old but still very clean. My room is unexpectedly big for a very affordable price. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. They have a good selection of breakfast. Overall it was a good stay.

Very Disappointing Experience — Not Worth the Money
I had a very negative experience at Best Western Plus Bristol Hotel. The parking was not at the hotel but far away, which was very inconvenient. The hotel itself was dirty and uncomfortable, with old furniture and a lot of noise. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. I lost my trust in both the hotel and Trip.com for listing it as a quality stay. Definitely not recommended.

酒店提供了比較及時的續住換房，還是可以的。早餐也是比較好，衹是麪包很不新鮮，可能是吃麪包的客人較少吧。酒店幫助叫出租車去機場，及時價格也規範
