Very disappointed with this hotel. The toilet in our bathroom was on a lean to the side which was very disconcerting. The wifi only worked in parts of the hotel. Breakfast foods were very limited and the orange juice wasn't real juice, it was some kind of cordial. No onsite restaurant or any way to buy a drink in the evening other than the room mini bar.

Great location, very friendly staff, and we were very pleased with the accommodation for 3 adults and a kid. The suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a buffet with many choices, including gluten free options. This is definitely a place that we will consider in the future.

Overall a good stay. Service was polite. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast is also good. I gave only 3 stars because the hotel is not really a 4 star hotel. 3 stars is more credible. I had a small problem with the aircon: it did not function correctly.

Exceptional accommodation and breakfast in the heart of Sofia, having Katie at the reception who's always there to help with a wide range of tips and info. Good value for money, close to most of the attractions in Sofia and also at reachable distance from public transportation means, including the Sofia Metro Line.

Conveniently located to walk to most of Sofia's landmarks and near some truly excellent restaurants. The room was comfortable and well appointed and a quiet night's sleep. We were a motorcycle tour of ten bikes and were able to park the bikes out front, making it an easy arrival and early morning departure.

Near Basilica and metro station, big room but very small bathroom. WiFi not working properly. One evening hot water stopped working, fixed in more than 1/2h after calling desk. Breakfast nothing special.

Eurostars Sofia City is a decent and reliable property in central part of Sofia. My check in was pretty quick. Receptionist was quite friendly and helpful. The room itself was relatively spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with many food options available. The hotel is located on a walking distance from Nevski Cathedral and National Gallery.
