perfect location (it is walking distance from T1 and T2 ) for transfers when travelling to Europe from Sofia # furthermore there is free shuttle service

Very bad service level especially the lady in reception and restaurant, they will give you a very bab attitude,i am very disappointed by this kind of service level.

The hotel is close to the airport. if you don't know the way from the airport, just contact an information desk at the airport. It's OK to relax between flights.

Large comfortable room which could have been better maintained. Better to choose the West facing room during winter as pollution much higher from the Northeast. Staff very friendly and attentive. Could have invested in 300m asphalt road on exit of hotel for airport shuttle to reach the main road , bumps in rough off road at present are quite awakening
