Great stay. Staff was super helpful and spoke good english. Restaurant food was excellent but a bit pricey. Views were spectacular. Indoor pool was fun and sitting outside in the spa with the mountain views was a great experience.

Disappointing Hotel Stay: Mattress and Towel Issue
During my recent four-night stay at a hotel, I was thoroughly disappointed by several key factors. Firstly, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, lacking proper support and featuring uneven springs that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the towels provided in the room were in poor condition, with frayed edges, tears, and even holes. This lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was disheartening. Lastly, the hotel manager's poor hospitality manners further contributed to my dissatisfaction. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism and promptness, the manager displayed dismissive behavior and failed to provide satisfactory solutions. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my experience and left me feeling deeply disappointed with my stay. It is crucial for hotels to prioritize guest comfort, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure that their staff is trained in exceptional customer service. By doing so, hotels can create a welcoming and satisfying experience for their guests.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel since they add unwanted "travel precaution" to a booking. We made a booking of over €25k and they added (without asking for it) an insurance which apparently is only valid within the hotel of €4 pppn. If we didn't want this we had to cancel this (that is what they told us after we noticed this on the final receipt). Clearly we should have carefully read the small print, but since we have been before there we supposed we could trust this hotel. Aside that, please keep in mind that they charge €4 per bottle of TAP water! So no, I would recommend you to find a fair hotel!

Wie jedes Jahr Urlaub in Sulden. Wo ? Hotel PARADIES. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Skipiste , die ein paar Schritte entfernt ist, um die fantastischen Pisten zu erkunden und zu befahren. Das Hotel sucht seines gleichen und eignet sich hervorragend für einen entspannten Urlaub. Eine verdammt gute Küche bietet allerlei im Abwechslungsbereich der Kulinarik an. Dazu runden die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen eine Bestnote aus. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Spa Bereich reicht vollkommen aus um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Leider ist der Beautybereich nach Corona sehr eingeschränkt. ( Personalbedingt ) 2025 wird gewaltig investiert und umgebaut. Ich freue mich schon auf 2026 und sage dem Team Paradies DANKE für die tolle Zeit bei Euch.

Siamo stati solo una notte purtroppo, davvero molto curato in tutto , camere molto spaziose e pulite. Buffet della cena immenso, colazione da non credere alla varietà di cose che offrono, gentilissimi, la spa molto curata , aggiungerei solo qualche indicazione in più per le varie zone dell’albergo; offre inoltre un garage gratuito, spero di tornare!
