Every thing was good from the time we arrived to when we left the following day. The breakfast was good too.

Overall the stay was average. They need to service their lifts as there were times the lift was acting up. The cleaners did average job. The tap was leaking reported it never got solved. I stay here quite a lot when ever I’m in the UK and I most say it has deteriorated over time.

Booked this for my parents 25th Anniversary and hotel did amazing!! They were friendly and listened to my requests. Thank you so much to the staff!! Would definitely recommend! My parents had an amazing time !

Myself and sis visited our absolute favourite place for a little one night catch up ( we always come here whenever I’m home to visit) Lovely lovely staff ( Hi to Josh, Charlotte, Rachel and the fab teamx) They always warmly welcome us, and we enjoy smashing facilities, great food and drinks and always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Good hotel, stayed here several times over the years. Staff are helpful and pleasant and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value for money with the buffet arrangement and variety of foods on offer.

Came a long way to stay for couple of days for a wedding. Big reunion w some friends from around the globe. Pros: Hotel is at the great location. Lots of food option at Touchwood Mall opposite the hotel. Hotel food are quite reasonable too. Staffs at the lounge & breakfast are Fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and bed are comfy. Cons: Reception should be better. We were attended by Josh during check in and he is not friendly and helpful when few enquiry asked. A friend of mine (a couple) was assigned to a room which AC wasn’t working. And when asked for a room changed, he said its not available. He mentioned that it was an ongoing problem and offered them a fan instead. How is that possible they are still selling a dysfunctional room to a guest when they know its an issue! But if they want an upgrade, they can but they have to pay £13!! I think its bizarre! My friends was stucked to the same room till the end of her stay w a FAN! Overall I am happy with the stay but i need to rant about the room assignment. Its common sense.

Stayed here as we were attending a wedding at the registry office (opposite). Found the check-in staff to be very friendly and efficient. Only one elevator was functioning during our stay. Had booked a double room but was initially allocated a twin, this issue was resolved immediately and without any fuss. Rooms were small but contained all you needed, however as they all had a connecting door there was an issue with people talking in the next-door room late at night and during the afternoon. Buffet breakfast was pretty standard "luke warm" stuff made worse by a lack of marmalade.

Met with a warm greeting at reception. Registration was swift. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Excellent facilities both at the hotel and nearby. Food and beverages are reasonably priced. Breakfast was plenty and wholesome.

The waiters/room cleaners are very nice, The lobby has a Christmas atmosphere and you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the hotel. The room was tidy. There are many parking spaces, and although you have to pay ten pounds a night, it is worth it. It takes 3 minutes to walk to touchwood mall, which is convenient.
